requirements such as 911 fees,
Message Relay Service, Wireless
Number Portability, and spectrum
acquisition for cellular and PCS
spectrum. Please note that this
charge is not required by nor
collected for the government. Unless

particular Calling Plan not to
change for the Term of the contract,
