Centrex Phones

The M5216 provides:

  • Headset compatibility. The M5216 is designed for Nortel's Liberation headset, but also supports Electret-equivalent compatible headsets from other manufacturers.
  • A special "In Calls" key. Agents can answer the next incoming call automatically while using the headset. They simply press the Release key to hang up at the end of the call.
  • A liquid crystal display screen. A 2-line X 24-character screen delivers crucial information such as call progress, queue status, and calling name and number. An agent or attendant (live or automated) can use this data to greet callers and speed transactions.
  • Fourteen programmable line/feature keys. Assign additional directory numbers or special ACD features used by your organization, and further tailor the set for your requirements.
  • Support for two M522 Meridian Mate expansion units. Expand call-handling capacity without purchasing extra phone sets.
The M5208 provides:
  • A single line set with the ability to terminate one or multiple lines on the set.
  • Multiple Appearance Directory Number, (MADN), allowing for the appearance of other users' telephone numbers on the set, making call coverage easier.
  • A 2-line X 24-character Liquid Crystal Display, to tell you who is calling and whether the call was transferred or forwarded. Armed with such information, you can answer personally and appropriately.
  • Visual ringing indication, which alerts you to an incoming call by means of a flashing light. Even if you are on your primary line, you won't miss important calls.
  • Eight programmable line/feature keys as well as conveniently placed, colour-coded Hold and Release keys for improved efficiency and better call processing.
  • Built-in speaker that permits on-hook dialing and makes it easy to access voice mail.
  • Loop power. Local power is not required. This means your set will retain display capabilities even during a power outage.

The Epic EV4500 provides:

  • Each set provides access for up to four lines and as many as 16 extensions can share the same EPIC network. This set supports MTS Basic, Multiline, or Centrex access lines.
  • Built-in Auto Attendant, Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the desired phone extension to save your business the need for a receptionist.
  • Built-in Voice Mail, Store up to 30 minutes of personal messages on each phone.
